Nancy

Nancy’s yoga journey began as a teen when she signed up for her first class as a gym elective. She noticed an immediate improvement in the anxiety that came with trying to balance homework with gymnastics and couldn’t believe how restored she felt after practicing. With this in mind, she found her way back to the mat over the years during challenging times.

Practicing at home and later at a local studio, she felt a sense of support and community that told her she was exactly where she was supposed to be. By the early 2000s yoga had become more of a lifestyle than “therapy”. Over time, many generous teachers helped her recognize the positive impact her practice had on her life and that yoga is so much more than asana. Hoping to share this, she completed 500 hr Original Hot Yoga Yoga teacher training in 2011 and RYT 200 through the Fluid Yoga School in 2020. In 2024 she completed additional training in Restorative Yoga.

Nancy teaches from a place of compassion and humor and hopes to provide a safe space where all students can step onto their mats and meet themselves exactly where they are in the moment.

Crystal

Crystal is a passionate fitness instructor with a dynamic journey in the world of movement. She began her barre journey in 2012, falling in love with the blend of strength, flexibility and community. In 2016, she took her commitment to the next level by enrolling in barre teacher training and has been sharing her expertise and love of the practice ever since. Known for her engaging playlists and inclusive workouts, she creates challenging yet accessible classes for clients of all fitness levels.

In 2022, Crystal discovered Inferno Hot Pilates, captivated by its similarities to barre and the added benefits of a heated environment. This new passion led her to join the Dryp team in June 2024, where she now teaches Inferno Hot Pilates, inspiring others to embrace their fitness journeys in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Robin

Robin came to yoga on a Groupon and a whim back in 2014. It took a few classes for her to truly get hooked, but she did immediately love the way she felt after class. Years of practice and training to compete in USA Yoga Competitions, and to understanding more about yoga and it’s benefits truly changed Robin’s life. Robin had a complicated knee surgery that left her questioning how she would recover, but now dedicates a lot of her recovery to the OHY practice. Robin is certified in Yin, OHY 26&2, 26&2 plus, Yoga Sculpt and Vinyasa.

For Robin the most inspiring part of teaching is being able to witness her students grow and to find confidence and respect for themselves. Robin enjoys watching the shift in her students. From first coming in saying how they aren’t flexible, that they can’t touch their toes, that they’re unhappy and uncomfortable in their bodies etc., to then watching them transform as she guides them through each class. She sees how they become more flexible and more confident. She sees how they go from looking down at the floor to looking at themselves in the mirror with respect for themselves and their bodies. It brings Robin such happiness to help her students and to be empathetic with whatever they may be going through in their bodies, minds and lives. She is confident that yoga and movement can help her students physically, mentally and emotionally.
