Dryp Hot Pilates

Our version of Inferno Hot Pilates is a perfect blend of high intensity yet low impact interval training that uses pilates principles to change your body and mind without being hard on your joints. Curated with all fitness levels in mind you can expect a full body work out! Set to upbeat music with low party lighting you will be able to take yourself out of the everyday stressors of life and transport yourself into the mindset that is all about tapping into your power, strength and determination. Designed to produce sustaining results, we know you will love love the way you start to look, but more importantly you will start to love the way you feel!

Original Hot Yoga

OHY is a therapeutic style of yoga consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. This style of yoga is challenging and invigorating, designed to transform your body from the inside out. You will experience reduced stress, improved range of motion, reduced symptoms of anxiety/depression and improvement to the health of your internal systems. OHY is not just a fitness class, instead it challenges you to tap into your mental strength and concentration while inviting you to form an even deeper connection with yourself.

Dryp Flow

This class is a beautiful blend of effort and surrender. Starting and ending class with the approach of less is more, allowing yourself to get lost in what it feels like to slow down and connect. In the heart of class is when you will have the opportunity to dial things up. You will glide through plentiful vinyasa flows stringing together series of postures including those from OHY giving you the space to find your own edge which will offer you the experience of being challenged yet held up simultaneously. This class will nourish your mind, body and soul offering a sense of fulfillment upon walking off of your mat.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic and flowing style of yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that tap into your balance, strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. This class invites you to let the world around you melt away while encouraging you to connect with the deepest parts of yourself. Experience complete bliss while moving through this peaceful yet challenging class.
